RPSG adheres to the highest standards of Quality, Health and Safety, Security, Food Safety and Environmental responsibility and our routine efforts to improve on our work environment have earned us the trust and respect of our employees and clients. We regularly review our standards and procedures as per our clients’ expectations, industrial and governmental regulations, and as per our internal control criteria.

Our QHSE team has developed and continues to improve our Integrated Management System (IMS). We are certified to hold four major internationally recognized standards in our IMS:

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
• OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety System
• ISO 14001: 2015 – Environmental Management System
• ISO 22000:2005 – Food Safety Management System

Quality Control and Assurance are integral components of RPSG’s management commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality services to our Clients and the maintenance of a safe working environment for our staff and subcontractors. The leadership of RPSG’s QHSE culture starts with the CEO and is driven throughout the organisation. Please see the CEO’s “Statement of Commitment to QHSE”.

Further, we publish weekly, monthly and annual HSE data on a contract and consolidated basis. These are always made available to our Clients as a matter of course.

Message from the CEO

RPSG specialises in delivering top quality life support services to our clients in difficult, remote and frequently hostile locations. The influences that these environments impose on our staff and management represent another layer of challenge when implementing our QHSE Policies. For that reason, it is essential that the policies which guide our employees, our management and our clients are clear, unambiguous, and available and understood by all. This Policy Manual provides that availability. It also provides the basis from which "bridging documents" can be developed for specific client sectors.

In RPSG, we work from the principle that all accidents are avoidable and that responsibility for our workplace safety is an individual responsibility, underpinned by management leadership at every level, from myself as CEO to junior supervisors and individual staff members in the work environment. Safety in the work place is as much about leadership and taking the difficult but correct decisions, as it is about junior staff having the courage and confidence to declare an activity or place of work, unsafe.

Environmentally, we aspire to provide industry leading solutions to mitigate the environmental impact of the operations with which we are engaged. Not only is this a morally and ethically sound stance of which RPSG is very proud, but it also has financial and reputational benefits for our clients. Some of the territories in which we work have little or no environmental awareness and it is here that we can provide assistance with implementing such policies.

Our approach to quality management is intended to provide confidence to our clients that we understand and implement a rigorous QA/QC Programme against which the success of their project will be underpinned. These processes are a fundamental link to ISO accreditation.

This QHSE Policy Manual is available to all employees, whether managers or operators a Copies are available on every one of our operating sites.

RPSG is committed to a professional and safe working environment with all employees contributing to the success of this objective. We are also committed to working with our clients to meet their exacting HSE requirements and complimenting their workplace performance
